When starting from hibernation, i cannot connect via WI-fi. When I troubleshoot the problem by right-clicking on the Wi-fi icon, the network the troubleshooting tells me that it reset the adapter because there was a broken wire or loose cable. When the computer is rebooted or restarted after a shutdown, there is no problem with the adapter and I connect via the Wi-fi.
I would appreciate any help on this issue.

Solution

That solution sounds like a bit of a "sticking plaster".. better to fix root cause... which sounds like a bad driver ..
OP.. have you checked you have latest drivers and your windows is fully up to date? priority is to check wifi, chipset drivers and BIOS I would say.
If you have some crap "wireless helper" type app - may be check for update n that as well.
