If you are going to build using an APU then only use FM2+ motherboards

If you are going to use a graphics card then you should consider one of the Athlon chips without graphics enabled


But ideally use the format suggested in the thread about how to ask for advice so we know your budget and what you hope to achieve

 
IMHO you should go with AM3+ platform for a better price-performance ratio. Something like:
