Batman Arkham City pc version minimizing out of full screen

Yes I am wondering, how in the world do I rid myself of the problem of Batman Arkham City minimizing out of full screen? I use Comodo as both antivirus and firewall on my notebook but I do have both disabled. I am wondering what issue I may be having.

Well see I can run the game just fine it was just that it kept doing it in the middle of gameplay oh I would say every 3 to 5 minutes of gameplay. The solution I came up with is playing the game in offline mode(which I do anyway because Windows Live is a pain for me personally), and closing out anything that has nothing to do with Windows OS related things/mandatory background functions, including the Comodo security suite. After that, everything was back to normal, because by the way, before this issue all was fine, it seemed like one of those things that just came up out of the blue.
