update bios with new prcoessor

i change my system processor it come with system dual core 2-3 ghz but now i change with core 2 duo 1.8 ghz but i am receiving msg in start that this processor not supporting properly to this monther if you want to continue press f1 and then it is coming normall on windows but i want to clear this msg to update bios my system model number is hp dc5800

That was basicly a downgrade you did there but here ia the supported cpu list yours is way slow.
