Quiet 120mm Fan Under $10?

Know of any quiet 120mm fans that don't have LEDs and are under/around $10? (They can have LEDs on them, but i would like the ability to turn the LEDs off). Thanks.

    Enermax TB Silence: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835214028

The Arctic ones are overall quieter, but the Enermax is more suited for being put on a heatsink/radiator.
