As long as your power supply is strong enough, you shouldn't encounter any problems. I would recommend a brand-name power supply with a maximum output of 500W.

Things you'll want to check before you buy:
1. Will it fit in your case? It is 243 mm long. This only applies if you have a smaller micro case for example. Most mid tower cases will have no issues.
2. Is your PSU strong enough to power this new hardware? Your PSU should have 30A on the +12v rail, and 500W. You can find this information on a sticker attached to your PSU.
3. Does your PSU have the necessary cables for it? You'll need two 6-pin connectors from your PSU to the graphics card.
4. How old is your motherboard? May require a bios update to work nicely with new graphics card.
