A replecement for my old Sapphire HD 4850, 512 MB on Core2Duo E8400

Hi,

my old Sapphire HD 4850, 512 MB is at the end and I need to buy a replacement. Could you please suggest what to buy for a replacement cause I'm not planning to invest in a new rig any time soon? (if possible from this store in Croatia http://www.links.hr/?option=katList&id_kategorija=0518&naziv=graficke-karticeI)

The rest of the specs are:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, 3000 MHz (will OC to 3600 if needed)
MBB: Asus P5Q Pro
RAM: 4GB DDR2
PSU: Corsair VX450W

I do some gaming and my rig has done a hell of a job for the last 5 years. Most of the titles run smoothly on 1680*1050 and some even on 1920*1080 resolutions.

Hi, thanx for the quick response and I apologize for not defining a budget in the first post. It shouldn't be over 1000 kn. This one is a little over it but will keep in mind.
