Problem:
I have installed Adobe Digital Editions 2.0 on my PC. Recently when I tried to open an .epub file it wouldn't open. I tried to open ADE directly. The pointer changed to loading for 2 secs then nothing. Checking in Task Manager i see that the process Adobe Digital Editions starts then stops (almost as if some other process is shutting it down). So, what to do, can anyone help me?
I have tried:
1)Running quick scan with MalwareBytes, nothing.
2)Quick scan with Avast Internet Security, nothing.
3)Flash scan with MalwareBytes, nothing.
4)Running it as Admin.
5)Restart, Cold and Hot Boots.
6)Re-installing.
7) Restore Point.
Still the error is there. I cant format the drive or reinstall windows.
System Specs:
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.
4GB RAM. 500GB Hard Disk.
2 Users, one admin, other limited (NOT GUEST)
Avast! Internet Security bought and installed.
MalwareBytes Anti-Malware PRO bought and installed.
