how to convert ext2 file system to ntfs file system in redhat 5.4

i have HP laptop with Redhat 5.4 installed , and i want to format it, and trying to install Window 7
but in booting from USB , drive option are not appearing.....because Readhat does not support
NTFS file system...so want to change file format of Redhat, EXT2 to NTFS .....but i dont know how
to change this....please help me...

Roughly how big is your Red Hat partition?

Do yo need data from that EXT2 partition saved? If not during Windows 7 installation, just delete old EXT2 partition, and create a new NTFS one.

If you need that data back - boot into Linux, copy data somewhere else (e.g. external drive), and proceed.
