Hello everyone,

I need to upgrade my system (since I am CPU limited, and I got bored of that, even though I've played some months with this hardware), but I've to make a choise among ASRock, Gigabyte, and Asus.
Initially, I was going to go for either a GB or Asrock, C2 of course. But they haven't released their C2 motherboards yet, and that makes me angry.
I really like the Z87x-UD4H and the Z87 Extreme 4 (both excellent motherboards, for my purposes), but they still have a C1 step. I could buy right now a C2 Asus mobo, though.
What you would do in my situation? Waiting for GB-ASRock C2 mobos or go ahead with an Asus one?
You know, when you've to buy for yourself it's always an hard job.

Cheers,
iostreamer.

Actually I've got an Asus motherboard, and I have never had any trouble with it. I'm getting always more confident to go for another Asus; why did you go for that one? Do you find it "good"?
An Asus Z87-Plus could be a good idea...

Legenda in Aeternum
I did about 20 Z87 builds before deciding, it OCed better, the BIOS was better controls wise, ran cool, and a biggie for me took all I threw at it, (I use it to test components for new builds, upgrades, repairs, etc...) and while it's a new model to the ROG lineup, since I picked mine up, it's rapidly grown to be a bestseller, it has more user ratings at the Egg than any other Z87 mobo and the best approval rating 75+ % 5 EGG in reviews
