i want to know how much CPU like i5-3330 can take..if i5-3330 won't bottleneck the HD 7970, can it take a card like GTX 770?

The Intel Core i5-3330 will handle both cards. There can be a bottleneck to the GTX 770 on games that are CPU-intensive, but other than that, you should be fine. Also dependent on your game resolution.

thank you..one more question please, is i5-3330 a good i5? i mean does it worth it upgrade it to i5-3470? the price difference at my country is about 300 L.E .. i'm not seeing a game that would be a CPU intensive in a Quad core CPU.. i mean games didn't even started to take advantage of quad core yet .. what do you think?

I don't know how much 300 L.E. is worth to you, but if it's not much, I would upgrade. But the i5-3330 should be sufficient. Battlefield and Crysis are CPU-intensive games. Actually, those two games are both heavy CPU- and GPU-intensive even to the best i5/i7 chips.
