Best gaming and video editing pc for £600?

I would like to order a pc this week, thinking AMD but not totally sure yet. I have a budget of £600 to spend and I'm gonig to be playing games like bf4 cod etc and video editing them. I live in the UK and have a monitor and mouse already I also don't need an OS, I would just like the PC to be able to play games at Ultra settings and edit videos :)

Look at this thread I created because I was unsure about graphics cards also
    http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1835688/7950-gtx-670.html
It is the gaming edition and is factory overclocked and can be overclocked further to get even better performance, as far as I know it's the best card around the £200 mark.
