I built your rig on PCpartpicker, with the added parts to make it complete, here's what I got.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($214.98 @ Outlet PC)
Motherboard: Asus H87-PRO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($84.99 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($79.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 280X 3GB Video Card ($305.91 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.99 @ Microcenter)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 750W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($74.99 @ Microcenter)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24F1ST DVD/CD Writer ($19.98 @ Outlet PC)
Total: $950.82
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

PcPartpicker says your total build will come to about 433W, of which you should allow 200W extra for OCing, (equaling 633W)

the one you have chosen will be sufficient, but personally (as I've shown in the build above) I'd use the Corsair CX 750W just so you have that 117W head-room incase anything spikes or goes wrong.

nice prices you posted there but sadly i do not live in America so its a little bit different i think im gonna invest in a 750W m12II bronze , here all the guys who work at hardware retail recommend the corsair cx series but i heard a lot of good words about seasonic

Seasonic units are better than the orsair CX series , the CX series is a budget line of PSU's.

There are no rosewill in BULGARIA
Seasonic m12II 750W Bronze link ( http://iskampc.com/750w-seasonic-m12-ii-bronze-ss-750am... ) - costs 188 BGN equal to 129.68 USD
the corsair cx 750w link( http://iskampc.com/750w-corsair-cmpsu-750cx-power-suppl... ) - costs 192 BGN equal to 132,44 USD
and yep those are the legit costs of those PSU's over here in Bulgaria
and i would rather buy a Gigabyte R9 280x WF3 (minimum of 600W) and my psu would work in the 70%-80% spot

Super Flower is same psu as the rosewill. OEM maker.
You can try this calculator.

Or this. http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.js...
I have looked psu wattage from guru3d and that is working for me.
But thing is 110V or 240V makes bit different for efficiency.
110V you get lower efficiency.

FYI here its 220v AC current so , and well i have really bad memories with super flower and the seasonic just offers a lot and they have the double ball bearing fan (longer life and silent operation) at a pretty decent price
