.NET Framework Installation error

I have recently bought 2 games which refuses to install, they both give me the same error message:

.NET Framework Installation error

To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework:
v4.0.30319
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .Net Framework.

I run Windows 7, 64bit.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it about 3 times with no success.

Hello, yes I have tried installing .NET Framework 3 times with no success.
I have tried the tool as well, nothing seems to be working? It still keeps giving me the same error.

Have tried that as well . And it came up with no errors. it said the integrity was fine.

Then I can´t help you sorry. .NET problems are in most cases fatal and can only be "repaired" by re-installing Win, because .NET is quite integrated in the OS.
Maybe someone else has an advice.

Thanks, seems the problem is the mscoree file stays version 2.something. Do you perhaps know how to change that?
