PSU sound issue

My Cooler Master Thunder 450W PSU is making a bit up since few days.Can anyone explain this and help me out?
i3 3210,4GB RAM,500GB HDD,no dedicated gpu.
I dont' play very much but the system is kept on for several hours,connected to internet
.Is that a reason?
Are there any softwares to monitor the health or something of PSUs?

It is possible that the fan in the PSU is going bad. Replace the fan or replace the PSU with a good brand PSU such as Corsair, Seasonic, XFX, Antec.

That PSU is a very poor unit , you would be better off replacing it.

Thanks guys.However,I purchased it like 20 days ago;so I am not replacing it so early.in the meantime i just cleaned my cabinet and wiped out dust and all with blower so its purring like a cat now.
I am detaching this thread now.
