Which Power Supply??? Which brand / what power? AMD 8350 overclock, Gigabyte 7970 3GB

Hi I am planning my first gaming build (mostly BF3/4 Light video editing etc.) and have decided on:

CPU: AMD 8350
Graphics card: Gigabyte 7970 3GB
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
RAM: 8GB Corsair vengeance
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 EVO
Power supply: ?

I was originally going to go with a "Corsair 600W CX Builder Series 80 Plus Bronze PSU" but then I used:
http://support.asus.com/powersupply.aspx
and they recommended 650w. So then i was going to go with a:
http://www.ebuyer.com/566852-powercool-x-viper-650w-modular-80-bronze-active-pfc-14cm-fdb-fan-single-psupcb650bkmod?utm_source=google&utm_medium=products&gclid=CKiV2sSPlLoCFYfMtAodP0EARw
But my question is does the brand matter that much? Is powercool trusted? And will I really need 650w? Also any other recommendations? (in uk)

(p.s this is my first build. Im not a complete n00b but im not that experienced at all. I plan on overclocking my cpu and card (not much but...) so please go easy on me :D)

Thanks in advance!

The Asus calc is off and conservative, better calc http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp
600watts is enough for the card actually Quality 550watts would do fine. The Powercool is crap. I would go with this XFX 550 before the Corsair CX600 http://www.ebuyer.com/413805-xfx-proseries-550w-power-supply-unit-core-edition-p1-550s-xxb9 and here is a OCZ 650 for a good price http://www.ebuyer.com/264511-ocz-zs-series-650w-80-bronze-psu-with-135mm-fan-single-ocz-zs650w-uk

wow very quick reply thanks! Probably silly question but are these modular? And does it matter if they are/aren't? And how do I know if a brand is crap? Do I stick to certain brands like corsair and OCZ? Thanks again.
  3. They are none modular, which brands is more like these lists http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx and reviews of the said units. The Corsair CX for example is their budget unit but it uses lower quality capacitors than their better units and comes with shorter warranty, so not even them expect it to last as long as for example the TX series!
