1866Mhz ram, 1600Mhz mobo

Hello.
I bought Crucial Ballistix Tactical 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1866 RAM. My motherboard supports 1600Mhz RAM.

BIOS shows that RAM is running at 1333Mhz. Is changing multiplier to 16 enough to run it at 1600Mhz properly or should I change timings or something too?

when you go into your ram settings in bios you can see what timings are set for 1600mhz it should be something like 9-9-9-24-34 if not sure what that means the.: cas cl 9, ras to cas dealy 9, ras precharge trp 9, cycle time 24, ban cycle time 34
