What are u comparing man? Maybe u mistyped the numbers or something?
No.
GTX260 is old but way powerful card in the midrange level.
GT 610 is new but way entry level.

the only adventage GT610 has is DirectX 11 support,and less power consuption(so less powerfull too)
the GTX260 only supports DirectX 10.1, but is a monster 111,9 gb/s and TDP of 182W card ,compared to entry level GT610 card.
so, if you dont care about DirectX 11 games,then I would prefer GTX260.(watch out your PSU specs)
anyway with the other card you wont be able to play decently any DirectX 11 game

Well , with GT 610's performance , enabling DX11 itself is a bad idea almost making the feature useless.
