keep an i5 3470 on a stock fan, cool while gaming? in other words, are the four fans in the case good enough to keep the my components cool?

of the two cases I have listed above, the zalman z11 plus and the z9 plus, which would you reccomend I get? The big difference between the two is that if I used the z11 plus, the 5 case fans would constantly be running but if I use the z9 plus, only two would be constantly running as I will be able to control 2 of the four fans with the fan controller.

Well according to one of the reviews I read, there are the two fans for the controller, another fan with a 3 pin connector, and one with a four pin molex connector. I can't control the one with the molex connector, and since the other fan is only 3 pin, it won't respond to load. So even if I plugged these two fans into my motherboard, they're only 3 pin and I read that fans need to be four pin to respond to load
