I had my computer fixed after a virus, when the tech reloaded my windows 7 premium and pictures they now have pixels. I have had two different techs try to fix this but are not able to figure why this is happing. I have to graphics cards and they have tried both to now resolve. Any new pictures I download do the same thing now. What can I do to fix this problem.
