Could not hear Sound from my Dell Laptop

I could not hear sound from my Dell Inspiron 3420 laptop by speakers. Before it was working and now stopped. I need to use headset to speak or to listen music
. There was problem in the mike also but after I downloaded the citrus it is ok now. but dont know what to do for the sound.

I see you've already re-installed the Cirrus Logic audio chip driver, so pointless advising you to try that.
All i can suggest is you download & install the "Chipset Driver", then install the Cirrus Logic driver again.
Install in this order:

1. Intel HM77 Express Chipset Family Driver

2. Intel Management Engine Interface Driver

3. Cirrus Logic High-Definition Audio Driver

Restart Windows.
