Well the benq has a bigger screen 24" vs the asus 21.5" so I say go with the benq. Also, the benq is for gaming if that's what your planning doing.
Btw - you might want to check out the asus vn247-p 23.6"1080p monitor (I have one and it's awesome for everyday use/gaming).
