Laptop works fine until 1 setting is changed on router

Hi My router has an access list which I have added 10 devices which allows me to control which devices get internet (I change last letter of the MAC address to cut them off)

everything is set up fine and all can connect BUT as soon as I change 1 setting (anything) and apply is my moms laptop just won't "connect" back to the wifi?

please help me =)

extra notes:

Laptop connects perfectly fine 100%

As soon as I allow someone or cut someone off the Wifi her Wifi just cuts her off to like the router won't allow her to connect....

This is very hard to explain so I hope I have said enough to get some help from the community to solve this issue...

BTW it comes back on after a reset of the router/pc but that is a temporary fix since I am aways online myself and can't reset router when other people in the house are busy playing online games like Fifa on xbox, Bf3 and 4 in other rooms.... so I am looking for a fix of some sorts so that the router recognizes my mothers laptop after I change 1 setting on the router.

Her laptop is one of those $5000 MSI's, router is a DGN (can be more specific just ask)
