I7 4770k Hyperthreading

Hello, I would like to know if the total combined clock speed of the I7 4770k is 14Ghz(3.5 X 4) or 28Ghz(3.5 X 4 X 2). Thanks.

For syncronization, all cores in a processor run at the same speed and time, so there isn't a "combined" GHz.

Neither, its a 3.5Ghz CPU With 4 Actual Cores and 4 Hyperthreaded (Virtual) Cores, meaning the total clock speed is still 3.5Ghz when not factoring Boost since all the cores are independent to each other.
