Hi everybody ! I am in total panic after assembling my new pc..

I am using an i7-4820k with a motherboard Intel® Desktop Board DX79TO, GTx650,16gb of ram plus an ssdNow V300 120gb kingston AND..when i plug the screen by vgi cable to the graphiccard socket the screen has no signal! Everything inside the case works, no strange noises, and the power supply is 600W (coolermaster case)...IS THE MOTHERBOARD/PROCESSOR WRONG OR??? I have spent 1200 euros and i am afraid i could have compromised everything, if you could help me i really would appreciate it, thank you very much !

Hello.
I am sorry, but I would be a bringer of bad news. This is from Intel:
Found 10 Compatible Processor(s) for Board "DX79TO"
My best guess is either to wait for a Bios Upgrade in order to be combatible with CPU or, try to use an i7 3820 or i7 3930K.

Hi, Memnarchon! thank you for the answer..it rises actually some question because i found in this site:

http://www.alza.cz/EN/alza-gamebox-x79-gtx770-w8-d47248...

a computer for gaming which mounts a "Gigabyte X79-UP4"--->http://www.alza.cz/gigabyte-x79-up4-d350400.htm

That is, the i7-4820k is connected to a chipset X79, which actually is the same as my motherboard,

http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS...

So,there's this ambiguity i cannot explain...thank you for your help anyway!

I didn't typed that your chipset cannot support your CPU. Your motherboard on the otherhand, cannot at the momment. But its up to Intel to update its BIOS and enable it :) .
So as I said before: Wait for a Bios Upgrade in order to be combatible with CPU or, try to use an i7 3820 or i7 3930K.
edit if you click on your motherboard at the link you provided, you will see that i7 4820K is not yet compatible.

many thanks!

I don't think i have the latest bios, but the problem is that the bios update requires the connection to the screen which actually is impossible for me...how should i install the bios?

http://processormatch.intel.com/CompDB/SearchResult.asp...

there are information related to the bios and other stuff i have no idea...i really thank you for the help

Its okie thats why Tom's Hardware community is here for :) .
It seems that for i7-3820 CPU it needs 0460 bios or newer version. You can ask from the shop if they can update it (if its not already updated which I doubt)
As for the RAM you can check if your RAM is here, But I dont think it would have a problem even if its not in the list. May I ask why you bought only two sticks of RAM? You are loosing the quad channel memmory.

Kingston 16GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL10 HyperX XMP Blu Black series...this is mine, so it seems that is compatible right?

How do they specifically update the bios of my motherboard to the current i7-4820 - or any other one ? They must to substitute a new one in the mobo?

KHX16C10B1BK2/16 or KHX16C10B1BK2/16X, from either of these I dont see any problem. (apart from the fact that you loose half memory bandwith.)

They should have combatiple CPUs like 3930K which they can work with any BIOS and they can just use it to do the BIOS update. But it should have BIOS 0460 or later. Better check it on th store though, just to be sure.
Now as for the BIOS update to the i7 4820K, you need first to wait from intel to release a combatible BIOS. They slack a lot :( .
