Cant boot SSD or bios half the time

every other time i start my computer it won't let me load the bios and it wont boot the SSD but if i restart it it will work just fine and if i restart it again it won't work. My OS is on an SSD and my PC has been working for a couple months so i don't know why it's not working.

Hey,

Did you set up your SSD in AHCI mode in the BIOS? Also is your boot order correct? It could be that something is failing if everything is set up correctly.
