That i5 will roll with a 780 with no problems, with the unlocked processor you can tweak a decent amount of extra performance out of it as well if needed. As far as the RAM goes, you will notice no difference between 1866 and 2133, so get whichever is the best deal :)

There is a £25 diferance in the ram ... If I get the cheaper one will I regret it in a year or 2 ? And the i5 is fine then I don't need an i7 ill just be gaming anyway?

If it gets to the point I need to add another 780 ill probably update the whole plc and deal with it all then lol

Your monitor is really good, but a 780 is overkill. It'a a 60Hz monitor at 1080p which means you can't get above 60fps on it. A 770 will max out BF4 and still get 60fps. So, in my opinion, you don't need a 780. If you wanted to run 3 monitors then you would be better off with 2x770 instead of one 780. If someone wants a 780 then for BF4 then I think it's for a 120/144Hz monitor that can exceed 60fps. A 120/144Hz monitor can get up to 120/144 fps. Know what I mean?

Ahh ok then I understand u so I'm better off getting a better monitor or downgrading my card

Depends on your purpose. A 770 is an incredible GPU. Like I said, it'll max out BF4 on your monitor. Also, you could get a 2560x1440 monitor but it's not common for gaming. And if so, it's only measured at 6ms response time whereas 1080p gaming monitors are usually 1 or 2ms.

If I were you I'd get a 770 by MSI, EVGA SC, or Asus.

Yeah I've got the EVGA GTX 770 SC, best card I've ever owned, it kills everything. I'm also running a 24" ASUS :) envy14tpe is correct, 100%, for 1080p gaming the 770 is all you need, getting a 780 would be a waste of money with a single monitor 1080p setup.

Never been a fan of EVGA models but the latest 7xx series SC are awesome. Benchmarks are showing that they compete with the best manufacturers.

It is the first time I've bought a EVGA card, very pleased with it. I never liked the coolers they've used before, most of them were just stock I believe. It's nice to see them using more custom coolers. Does a nice job of setting a card apart from the pack aesthetically, and helps to get that extra edge on performance if it performs well. I was able to get mine up 1280MHz with no heat issues at all :)
