Hey I have 1500 that I'm going to use for my first rig this christmas. I need a monitor but I also want to use 4770k and water cooling just because I want to over clock and it looks cool through a window in the case.

What should I use in my rig and what monitor? I have a mouse and keyboard

Take a look at this build (also, I put in an i5 4670k because the thing overclocks really well and plus, there is no need for the i7) -

Btw - I own the monitor that I put in there for you (great for everyday use and gaming).
