Well it depends on what you're doing. If you're doing let's say, gaming, then I'd say you should ditch the i7-4820k for an i5-4670k, and use the extra money to put towards a GTX 770.
If you're doing photoshop, or something very CPU intensive like that, then I'd say to look a little bit more towards an i7-4770k instead.
