An i5-4670K + HD 7950 would be my pick. Out of your options, I would choose the FX-8350 + HD 7970 because the i7-4770K charges a hefty price for HT and only a select few games can take advantage of HT.

The FX and the 7970 [ or equivalent ]

This will run demanding games better , and it will run poorly threaded games well enough
