Hello everyone!
My computer suddenly won't boot up.

Here's the steps that I've taken so far:
+ re-seat everything (i mean everything!)
+ tried booting with only video, a single stick of ram and power connected on a table outside the case. I used a screwdriver to start the mobo
+ no bent pins in mobo
+ cleaned the RAM and RAM slots
+ tried changing PSU
+ tried swapping CPU
+ pc does beep when there's no memory
+ pc will boot up for a while after re-seating everything then goes back to the same symptoms
+ pc is running coretemp and temps are good

any ideas on this one? bad mobo maybe?

Given this: pc will boot up for a while after re-seating everything then goes back to the same symptoms

I do think it is a bad motherboard, if it is still under warranty contact the manufacturer and see if they will give you an RMA number based on what you have already done.

How old is the motherboard and are any of the caps swollen?
