Why is my computer running so slow?

Okay, I tried to play Battlefield 4 on my computer, it works but got very small fps even on normal settings. (My cpu should be able to handle that game) My pc specs are cpu- AMD FX 4300, Graphics card- Nvidia Geforece 610, RAM- 8 gigs, Storage- 1,000 gigs
Please help!

Your graphics card is extremely weak. It is not for playing games. It is meant more for watching videos.

You need to buy a new graphics card if you want better performance. For now the best you can do is to decrease graphic settings and play at the lowest resolution the game allows.

When buying games you should always read the system requirements first.

The Radeon HD 7790 is a great card for $130
If you want to get a more loose with your money, a 7870 for around $175 bucks would be awesome, It's the recommended card and it's doing good for me. next step up would be a GTX 760 but that's more like $260.
