What does this symbol mean? (Monitor case)

(See the picture.)

This symbol is on the back of my monitor case. (My monitor recently started having problems and I'm trying to repair it myself.) What does the symbol mean? Does it mean I need to use some certain tool on that slot to get the case open?

EDIT: currently trying to get the pics up.

looks like the security lock point to run a cable through and lock it to a desk so no one walks off with it

It's the Kensington lock symbol.

yeah... definitely a kensington lock. i have one on my laptop.

people like to walk off with televisions.. and monitors...
!
