I have a $300 budget to spend on a water cooling setup. I'm currently running a 4770k, a gtx 780 (getting another one soon) all in a corsair 750D. I know a lot about hardware but I'm clueless when it comes to water cooling, can anyone please suggest a good setup?

a good CPU loop alone is $300.
add a GPU to the loop and your looking at $500.
so no and so forth.

You'll need a more realistic budget, I spend about £650 (roughly $1050) on my loop for my CPU and two GPU's

Coolant (+ anti-corrosion/bacteria if your coolant doesn't already have it)
Fittings
Fans
Radiator(s)
I think you'll need to atleast double your budget or look at the second hand market.

^^ Definitely have to agree with omg on this one. $300 isn't going to get you where you want to be unless a bunch of stuff fell off the back of a truck.
