Using Alienware motherboard on my new build no display but boots?

So basically i have this motherboard-http://www.ebay.com/itm/250993876209?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649

Its some kind of alienware motherboard and basically it boots and everything looks fine but i get no display I thought the mobo was broken so i tried replacing but i got the same results. I also tired using a different processor and still the same result. When i turned it on i did NOT get any bios beeps. Here are my specs -
i7 920
4gb ddr3 @1600
Cooler Master water cooler
300gb HDD
Cooler Master HAF XB
GTX 470 (soon to change)

I am a little concerned about this part of the listing: The item may be a factory second or a new, unused item with defects.

It has no onboard video, so you have to be plugged into your video card.

How do you know it boots if you don't get a display?

The supported memory is listed at DDR3 1333, but you are using DDR3 1600, have you checked to see if it will underclock?

Are you using 2x2GB of RAM or a single 1x4GB of RAM?

@bkoop it seems like it boots and ive tested the graphics card and 1 four gig stick yes it auto underclocks and it supports 1866 xmps and ya my graphics cards are plugged in i also have a tester for my psu
