what do you need to download sims house on websites

im totaly confused of how you download sims houses or actual sims people. i used to be able but now it wont let me after i had to reinstall all my games. dose any one know why it wont work any more or how i can download them? please help

I've had this before you need to call EA and have them reset your online Sims 2 account. I would contact them ask them to reset it, reason is I believe they are bound to specific computer ID's in order to prevent fraud.

i have sims 2 and i got pretty much all the expansions except free time bon voyage and apartment life i haven't got those as well as add on's which are H& M , holiday party pack, Happy Holiday stuff and Kitchen & Bath Interior Design Stuff . I used to be able to but i had to reset my laptop, i tryed doing it again but now it wont let me and i dont know why. Also when your on the sims game you can go on the ea games to download some stuff but the site no longer works on the sims game and when i try loging in it says that there is no site here so i dont get that ever. Is the sims 2 ea games website down
