cpu restarts while playing games

Hello..my pc restarts when i'm playing anno 1404 anno and skyrim but when i play need for speed it's normal...here's my spec...

PSU: POWERLOGIC ATX-550w
Processor: Amd athlon 64 x2 5200+
Mobo: Emx-AMD780GPRO
GPU: Galaxy GT420 1GB

I dust it off and try to reseat the hsf but to no avail..And I just recently replace my processor from single core to dual core...

I reapply the thermal paste as good as it could be putting a small amount on it...and I think I haven't installed the latest driver...and wht's OCCT? i am an amatuer when it cmes to computers...
