Hey guys and gals!

I've recently build myself a gaming pc, but Theres something wrong with it, bios loads ok, but when it comes up to loading windows blue screen appears for around 0,5sec and my system restarts and it tries to fix it.

do you know what'd I do wrong?

May it be because i used my old HDD? (my power supply blew up and had to rebuild my pc)

this is the PC i've build

If you are using the same Motherboard as the one you had in it before, there shouldn't be an issue. If not and your OS is an OEM copy, it is proabably going to be an issue. If it is a Retail copy, then not. From what I can see, you put everything together than ran from you Hdd. That means all the old drivers and stuff. That will be problem as well.

drivers are already installed on the hdd, and it doesnt let me go into the safe mode, and no i didnt reinstal windows, i have all the essencial data on it, would reinstalling windows help to solve the problem ?

EDIT @ keep in mind my cpu led light goes on 2-3 times when i boot up pc and the same goes for dram led

ok. get yourself memtest86

it sounds like you have bad ram. you'll want to pull all but 1 stick of ram out of the system, memtest can run without getting into an OS. use it for a few passes, then swap up the ram. my money is on you having bad ram.

second... are you running on a fresh install of windows or is this a ported hard drive? cause a ported OS won't work with a new system like this. you'll need to do a fresh install.
