And since the PSU is only 80+ Bronze, it probably does not output much more than 700w

How do you figure? It's sold and marketed as a 750W PSU and OCZ is not one of "those companies". It can do 750 or really close to that I'm sure.

Looking online the 660TI is rated to draw around 150W. So you'd need 450-500W just for the cards. Another 77W for the CPU and lets say 50 more for the rest of the system. So around 600W? Assuming all it stock. Problem is you can't even get it to boot with all three working which should drop the power down a ton. I do agree it sounds like a power problem. I'm sure like most/all 750W that it only has 4 PCIe plugs and you are using adapters to power the third card. Find a good PSU that has the...

As I showed above you don't need crazy power. The 660TI isn't a high draw card. You really just need more plugs.

Edit: Here is the load test for this PSU.

748W. Not bad for a "bronze" unit. This also has "four" rails which aren't labeled well on the outside. Probably a good part of the problem.

Therefore, you may end up having your CPU and your video card running on the same rail, and even two video cards and the CPU running on the same rail.

Four rails is fine for 1500W units, but 750W units can lead to problems.

Edited to add PSU info.
