dell s2240l for gaming? is dell reliable brand?

And is dell a reliable monitor brand?

Yes Dell is a reliable and rated brand. I own one of this monitor and its great for gaming and also for movies. And it has a audio out at the back of monitor unfortunately not mentioned in specs. So you can plug in a 3.5mm jack for audio directly from monitor with HDMI cable.

Yeah it's a reliable brand. It's made by HannStar, Benq, LG or Samsung (or whomever else gave them the best price) like Acer. It'll be decent. Just don't touch their computers! LOL

No, but if you buy it use the VGA (which is included) cable for better performance.
