I have come across an AMD 6350 CPU and I was wondering wgich motherboard would be best for it..I was looking on newegg and they say the 990fx chipsets are compatible but I read some mixed reviews on quite a few boards..like people saying that they were not working with there fx6350's so what Board would be the right one or do they all need a bios update???

The BIOS update was needed first after the release of the FX x3xx series of CPU's, after release all boards produced ship with a compatible BIOS. If you are buying now the retailer would have to have had the board in stock for a year to get a board with older BIOS which is unlikely.
