can a 500w psu (cm thunder) handle a 7950

i want to build a new pc and i have the "cooler master psu 500w thunder"from my older computer and i wonder if it can hundle the following things:

1.xfx 7950 3gb or 7970 gigabyte(i dont think so)
2.i5 4670
3.asrock z87 pro4
4.hdd caviar black
i dont thihnk i will add any fans exept the cpu cooler.
psu specific info(24 amberes-12v rail-408w)

I do not think that GPU will work with that Coolermaster PSU.
a) It is an old PSU
b) it would not support a card as powerful as 7950,
I would suggest you invest in a better PSU - Seasonic. Antec, Corsair, minimum 500W, preferably 550W.

With a new PC, you are better going for all new parts anyway - particularly the PSU.
