It really varies from chip to chip, I have seen chips easily hit 4.6 - 4.8 and then I've also seen some struggle to be at decent temps at 4.1 :-/ You just have to jump in and figure out where your chip stands with trial and error. You've got a beastly cooler so you should be able to keep your temps at bay better than most. I've got a 3770k with a $20 CM Hyper 212 Plus and mine is perfectly fine at 4.4, if I got a decent water loop on there I could probably easily hit 4.7. Test it out and see where you can get it to
