booting is very slow after logon screen the internet access in taskbar keeps on rotating for a while

Download the Crystal Disk Info program in my Signature. Lets just check to make sure the hard drive is ok first. Just install it and run it and if it says Caution let me know what it says. If it says Good we can move on to find ways to speed up your PC and find out whats causing it to be slow
