Will a 600W PSU (like a Corsair CX600) be able to support my specs without problems?

SPECS:

NZXT Phantom 410 Mid ATX
Gigabyte Z87X-D3H Motherboard
Intel i5 4670K 3.4ghz Haswell CPU
G.SKILL Ripjaws X 16GB (2x8) RAM
Gigabyte GTX 770 Windforce 3x OC 4GB
Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD
Corsair Hydro H100i Water Cooler
ASUS 24X Reader/Writer
Windows 7 Home Premium

And OC'ing is a go.

CX series mean for office computer, not a high end also oc on it is not a good option..
This series has acceptable performance, but lower component quality that's mean lower durability..and not good enough if you stress it for a long time..
well, i'm not using cx series if i don't want to replace my psu every 1.5 years..

And how could you use a highend computer part but such a cheap psu..?

Get a better psu..

Yes, no problems, try to get the CX600M though, the CX600 uses questionable parts with a much higher failure rate and less reliable power delivery.

you can probably find it cheaper than that if you shop around, I just used that link as a reference

I run pretty close to what you are running (3770K OCd @ 4.4, EVGA 770 SC, etc) no issues at all

Yeah, that's about as low as you want to go, wattage wise. I have a Corsair CX series and it's been a champ, but also understand the CX line is a budget line, and therefore is not the highest quality unit. With your level of components, I'd suggest a bit higher quality psu.

That being said, the CX600 would more than likely work just fine for you.

These XFX Core units are a bit higher ranked:
