My PC BSOD when I try to install the 13.9 AMD drivers for my 5450 GPU, does anyone know a way to fix this and why it is happening?

Uninstall all previous drivers related to AMD with driver sweeper or : http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ and clean the registry entries too.

Then try to install the latest driver, as far as I know the latest is 13.11. Download the driver from AMD or GPU vendors website.
