I just recently bought a hyper evo to replace the stock fan of an fx8350. During the first week, my temps where good to average with 32C idle and 51C max.

Now after a week of usage i have 39C idle and 57C max almost the same as the stock fan. My mobo's (asus sabertooth) temps also increased a bit, from 32 idle to 35-36.

I use an old case and 500w psu, two old fans, a front and rear one. What could have gone wrong since the one day i had 32 and the other 39 idle?

I also reapplied the thermal compound (the stock one), still 39.

well the room is not warmer but it is possible that the fans are dying after 7 years of work. The sure thing is that the psu is dying so im gonna upgrade soon. (Could that be it?) The fans are still spinning and pumping air though, so a decrease of rpm would make that big a difference? Because im worried that the evo or the cpu might be malfunctioning (vcore 1.38). Also can i lower the vcore at stock speed and get better temps?

Also after searching around, i see that a not well tightened down heatsink may be less efficient, and i didnt tightened it down all the way. Shall i tighten it down for good? (Can it harm the cpu?)

Sorry for the newbie questions, but I'm only now trying to learn my way around that stuff. Thanks.

for me your cpu temp are normal... maybe you need to increase the ventilation in your pc case?

Were the temperatures from the whole first week, or actually from around the same time period of installation? Going from an open to a closed system can affect the temperatures, and that seems to be about the right range. In the case of extremely poor, or no active ventilation, the temperature can rise upwards of 20C. (Scary stuff.)

Otherwise, all I have to offer is what has already been mentioned: warmer room temperatures, caused by whatever reason. It could be because of the time of day, or because you had the door shut for a couple hours.
