BIOS crashed and my desktop won't open

I was trying to change the BIOS settings then suddenly my computer shutdown in just a second. And when I start my computer it doesn't boot or open. only just a green light and a black screen :( Can anyone help me, what should i do?? thanks.

Hi. Uplug the computer and then press the start button to fully discharge it. Remove the Cover and Remove the CMOS battery on the Motherboard ( should be under the video Card or close by ). Keep it out about 15 secs or so then replace it and plug the computer back in and see if it boots. It should have been reset to the default settings.
