just wondering about a video card upgrade

i just got a new computer for 150$ dollars on ebay its a Q9500 core 2 quad at 2.83 ghz came with 8 gb of ram 500 gig hard drive and a FX 580 quadro video card some people on here said i wouldnt like it and it would play most games i dunno i like it so far i tryed bioshock infinite and devil may cry 5 i played them both on high to ultra settings and runs smooth as butter i dunno i got mixed reviews on this computer i got some people said it sucks some people said its nice anyways I wanna know if i went and got like a geforce gtx 650 ti would it make any kinda of improvement or like a notch up from the card i got now and maybe would games be a little better than they are now or is it not worth it thx for anyone who responds

The Quadro is a workstation card and not really intended for gaming. A new card would depend on the Power supply you are using. I am curious aboth the Motherboard as well. If it is PCIe x16 1.0, I wouldn't get a card above PCIe x16 2.0

took me a little bit to find but my video card slot is PCI Express 2.0 x16 - Plug-in card

plus i wouldnt pay that price my uncle runs a computer shop like 4 hours away id ask him to find a card like this that fits my computer and prop give him like 30 bucks for it

The card is backwards compatible so The PCIe wouldn't be a problem. The power supply should be alright, providing there is enough on the rail.

so would a card like this you think maybe not that exact one but something similar you think that would give my game playing a notch up or better experience from the fx 580 quadro that came with the system when i bought it

It would definitely give a boost to the gaming experience. As I said, the Quadros are workstation cards and designed to run stuff like CAD and the like, and not Gaming.
