Yes, this PC has a PCI-e x16 slot. It does not specify what generation it is (2.0 or 3.0) but that is dependent on which generation your CPU is. Although, it is an H61 chip set so I believe that it is 2.0. Also, there are several optional GPUs for this PC from Asus and one of the is the GTX 650. It is a completely different chip than the 650ti boost but it uses the same PCI-e bus and power connector.

Then is there any reason that why my GPU wont display on my monitor as i was thinking of replacing my motherboard since i have tried everything but that.
Have you tried updating the BIOS?
Also, what GPU did this PC come with? If it was the integrated Intel GPU, you might need to switch the primary display adapter from the integrated GPU to the PCIe slot.
